I called to have my new Ford Transit Connect 2014 key programmed, which I’d purchased from Ford as my original key was useless. Anthony came out the next day, repaired my original key and programmed my new key. Ford couldn’t fit me in for 4 weeks and were more expensive. Great communication, a lovely guy and 1 happy customer.
